Tracking information may be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If a package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact service@trimorapatch.com so we can review the situation.

Some items may arrive separately if products are prepared from different locations or packed in separate parcels for safer handling.
